Home Inspections

Professional Home Inspections You Can trustWhen you hire a Spyglass Home Inspector, you’re hiring an experienced professional who has extensive training and experience. It is our job to not only evaluate the condition of your home’s major systems and structural integrity, but also to evaluate how the systems are working together and to identify areas that need to be monitored, repaired or replaced. We’ll also point out the features that are working well and can increase the home’s resale value.

Professional Home Inspectors

Our team holds Property Inspector licenses in the state of Illinois, in addition to General Contractor licenses. They are AHIT-trained (American Home Inspector Training Institute) and members of ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) and NAHI (National Association of Home Inspectors).

They know how to explain any problem areas to you without making too much out of minor issues. Better still, they know how you can fix the problems. Our inspectors love their work, and take pride in helping you live in a safe and trouble-free home.
