Ryan Foley is the founder of Spyglass Property Inspections LTD. and leads the property inspections department. Ryan prides his company on the strong construction background that it is built on. He has been a builder and developer for the past eight years, from building and rehabbing single-family homes to developing massive condo conversions in Chicago. Because of his extensive background in construction, Ryan is able to perform a very detailed inspection while showing his clients on how the property operates. He is very passionate about his work and takes pride in having families buy a good and safe product. His enthusiasm, close attention to detail, and dedication to the field make him and extraordinary inspector.

Ryan leads Spyglass Property Inspections through numerous types of inspections, from condominiums to single family homes to multi-unit buildings, as well as phase construction inspections. He treats his clients like they are a part of the family, making sure that they do not leave an inspection without knowing how the home operates and all their questions have been answered.

Ryan holds current licenses as a General Contractor and a Property Inspector in the State of Illinois. He was trained to become a home inspector from one of the most prestigious organizations in the industry, AHIT (American Home Inspector Training Institute) and is a member of ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors).

Ryan also stays very active in the community, being a part of the SBA (Schaumburg Business Association). When he has free time, his favorite thing to do is spend time with his wife Amy, son Charlie, and dog Tyson.
